These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of davidelliot.la (the "Site"), operated by David Elliot Builders, Inc. ("David Elliot Builders," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Any project engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. David Elliot Builders, Inc. is a licensed California contractor (License No. 1021000).

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the content is accurate, complete, or current.
